Privacy Policy

Short, because there is genuinely not much to say: this site sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and has no signup form.

Who is responsible

Orderflow Atlas decides what is collected on this site and why, and is the controller for anything you send us directly.

For purchases — once the course is on sale — a checkout provider will act as merchant of record: it is the legal seller, and it is the controller of the payment and tax data it collects from you. Its own privacy policy governs that data, and it is shown to you at checkout.

What is collected, and why

As this site stands today: almost nothing. There is no signup form, no account, no comment box and no checkout on it. If you are reading a page, you are not handing over anything we keep.

• Aggregate page statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it counts page views and referrers without a persistent identifier, without a device fingerprint, and without following anyone across sites. No individual visitor can be picked out of it, including by us.
• Whatever you write to us. If you email support, we have your address and your message, for as long as they are useful for answering you.
• Order information, once the course is on sale. What would reach us is limited to what is needed to deliver the files and answer support — essentially an email address, what was bought and when. Card details would never reach us at any point.

When there is a mailing list

There will eventually be one, and it does not exist yet. When it does, three things happen before a single address is collected: this page is updated to name the provider holding it, a postal address is published here alongside it, and the signup uses double opt-in — you enter your address, then confirm by clicking a link, and until you click, nothing is sent to you.

This paragraph is here rather than a ready-made description of a list that does not exist, because a privacy policy that describes collection which is not happening is simply inaccurate.

What is deliberately absent

No cookies are set by this site. No advertising or social pixels. No session recording or heatmaps. No profiling and no automated decisions. Your data is never sold, rented or traded, and it is never shared for anyone else's marketing.

The AI crawlers allowed in our robots.txt read published pages, the same ones anyone can read. They receive no personal data, because there is none on those pages.

How long it is kept

Support emails: kept while they are useful for answering you, then deleted.

Page statistics: aggregate only, so nothing personal is retained at any point.

Order records, once there are any: kept as long as accounting and tax rules require, which is a matter of years and not our choice — the merchant of record's obligations set that period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and equivalent laws you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask for it in a portable format, object to a use of it, and withdraw consent at any time — withdrawing does not undo what was lawfully done beforehand.

Write to support@orderflowatlas.com. No form, and no identity interrogation beyond what is needed to be sure it is really your data. Answered within 30 days, usually far sooner.

You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority if you think something has gone wrong.

Processors and transfers

The providers above process data on our behalf under their own data processing agreements: the analytics provider, the provider serving and hosting these pages, and — once purchases open — the merchant of record.

Some of them operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. This is the ordinary arrangement for services of this kind, and it is the reason providers are chosen with a proper agreement in place rather than on price alone.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the foot of the page changes with it. The next material change will be the one described above: the day a mailing list exists.
