Refund Policy
Thirty days. No questions, no form, no interrogation about whether you 'did the work'.
The promise
If, within 30 days of your purchase, the material is not what you expected, you get your money back. You do not have to explain why. You will not be asked to prove you read it, show your notes, or sit through a retention offer.
This exists for a specific reason. You are being asked to buy a written course from a brand you had never heard of, with no track record on display, in a field crowded with people who overpromise. The only honest answer to that is to carry the risk ourselves instead of asking you to.
How to ask
Send one line to support@orderflowatlas.com from the address you bought with, or use the receipt from our checkout provider. That is the whole procedure.
Requests are actioned within two working days. The refund itself is issued by our checkout provider, back to the payment method you used; how quickly it lands is up to your bank or card issuer, and is typically a few working days after that.
What happens afterwards
Your download links are deactivated and you are asked to delete the files. We do not chase this, and we do not use it as a reason to argue about a refund — but the licence ends with the purchase, and keeping the files after a refund is simply taking the work without paying for it.
You stay on the mailing list only if you were on it before, and you can leave at any time. A refund is not held against you, and it does not stop you buying later.
The one exception: repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same product. If that pattern appears, we may decline to sell to that buyer again. It has nothing to do with anyone asking for a refund once, in good faith.
Your statutory rights, separately
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, distance selling law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For downloadable digital content that right can be waived, and the checkout asks you to waive it in two explicit steps so that your download can start immediately — with a confirmation email restating both before access opens.
The 30-day guarantee above is ours, it is voluntary, and it is wider than the statutory right. It is longer, it needs no reason, and it applies wherever you live. Where your national consumer law gives you something we cannot take away, it still applies in full, and nothing on this page limits it.
Full context is in the terms and conditions.
